Privacy Policy

1. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (with its processing entities within the European Union). When you visit the site, the web server automatically processes technical data (IP address, date and time of access, browser type, pages visited) in server log files. This processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Hostinger processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. 2. Fonts

The fonts used on this website ("Fraunces" and "Inter") are self-hosted on our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or any other third-party font service is established, and no data is transmitted to third parties when the fonts load.

3. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). When you purchase, Stripe processes your payment and contact data under its own privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy. We receive your name, email address and purchase confirmation — never your full card details. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR).

4. WhatsApp community (optional)

Joining our WhatsApp group is entirely voluntary. If you join, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) processes your phone number and profile data under its own privacy policy. Other group members can see your phone number and/or profile name. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking tools.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es). Contact: 30k-focus@power.ms.
