1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to all purchases of the digital product "The 30K Focus Protocol" through this website. Provider: Christine Andrea Hügel, Carrer Pinyó 23, 14 B, 03700 Dénia, Spain (see Legal Notice).

2. The product

The product is digital content: a downloadable PDF handbook and a set of printable image files, delivered as a ZIP archive, plus an optional invitation to a private WhatsApp community. No physical product is shipped.

3. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded when you complete checkout via our payment provider Stripe. Immediately after successful payment you are redirected to a page with your download. The purchase price is a one-time payment; prices are shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable.

4. License and personal use

Purchase grants one person a non-transferable license to read and print the edition for personal use. The written protocol and original visual guides remain protected creative material. Sharing, reselling, publishing or distributing the files is not permitted.

5. Important notice — no promise of results

The 30K Focus Protocol is an educational and inspirational attention experiment. It does not promise income, financial results or any particular event within 30 days or any other period. It is not financial, medical or psychological advice. Customers remain responsible for their own financial choices, wellbeing and compliance with applicable law.

6. Community participation

Participation in the WhatsApp community is voluntary, free of additional charge and may be moderated. We reserve the right to remove members who disrupt the group. The community may be changed or discontinued at any time; it is a courtesy addition, not a contractual component of the product.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Statutory liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

8. Final provisions

The law of the Kingdom of Spain applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
