Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers in the EU generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Important: early expiry for digital content

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires when delivery begins, if you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Art. 103 (m) of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 / Art. 16 (m) EU Consumer Rights Directive).

Because the download is made available immediately after payment, you are asked during checkout to expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and to acknowledge that your right of withdrawal thereby expires.

How to withdraw (where the right still applies)

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement (e.g. by email) to: 30k-focus@power.ms. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
